I bought this mattress about 1 month ago. Delivery was fairly quick. Nicely wrapped and delivered to my bedroom. This mattress is excellent for someone with orthopedic issues. There is no saggy. It keeps my body aligned but is plush enough to not feel like cement. Love it! Highly recommend & definitely worth the $$.

I bought this mattress for my girlfriend. She LOVES it and she told me it's the most comfortable mattress she's ever owned or used. At just $1,200 on sale, this full-sized mattress was also a full-sized fantastic deal! Purchased an Ultimate Plush because we like a very plush mattress. I'm a 140 lb side sleeper with scoliosis. My husband is 210. The top inch was plush/soft then it was like a foam brick. My hips & my husband's shoulder would go numb. We tried adding a 2-inch topper which helped a little, but we still weren't in alignment and tossed & turned all night. We also snored more. We returned it after 3 weeks.

Mattress was incredibly hard to be a plush model. Also the cover didn't have any Serta emblems. Just had a sticky piece of paper as a tag. Very suspect. Not cooling what so ever. Returning this bad boy if we could ever get up with somebody. They haven't not responded by email.

I bought this mattress about a month ago and love it. Prior to this, I had a Sleep Number and could not ever find a setting that worked for me, a back sleeper. I switched back to Serta and am very happy that I did. For people wondering if you can put a Serta Twin XL in place of a split King Sleep Number, you definitely can with no issues.

I recently endured 5 herniated discs from an accident. Therefore, I need a firm mattress to keep my back from slouching, aligned and healthy. This mattress does the job. The mattress is pretty firm when it comes in and needs a little bit of breaking into. I do not mind that at all since I have always slept on firm surfaces with nothing but a tatami mat. Firm helps keep better posture and I'm all for the health of my spine. I can tell that the mattress slowly begins to form to my weight but provides cushion for the pressure points. Due to stress and the accident I weigh a bit more than I'm used to, fluctuating at about 180-190 lbs at 5'7. I really needed an sturdy mattress and I'm glad I saved for it and the adjustable base. The adjustable base is very comfortable and easy to set up. When I get home from work, I just work some more on my laptop and being able to get at an upright sitting position without hunching my back means everything to me. I know it's a pretty pricey and not many can afford such. I had to save for a couple of years in order to purchase it, and I don't have children or dependents. We spend a huge portion of our lives sleeping and need to invest in such. You get what you pay for, but I really do wish it were more affordable for others.

I love, love, love this mattress! I can not believe how comfortable they mattress is! I am going through menopause and this mattress actually keeps me cool! The level of support is just perfect! I absolutely love my new Serta iComfortECO F40HD Plush Mattress. I have a queen size and I love it. It sits up higher then a standard size mattress, which I really like. It is super comfortable. I am finally able to get a good nights rest. It has a plush top also. It keeps me cool throughout the night as well. It is on the heavier side when moving it but not too inconvenient though. My favorite thing about this mattress is that it doesn't disturb your partner when getting in and out of bed. Definitely well made and I definitely recommend the Serta iComfortECO F40HD Plush Mattress.

My iComfortECO mattress arrived and we took it out of the box and set it up quickly. I was tired and laid down and fell asleep right away. I like a plush mattress and this fit the bill. The mattress initially had a new mattress smell I didn't prefer, but it went away quickly after unwrapping it. I like that they use eco-friendly materials and that the mattress doesn't increase my body heat.

Serta's iComfort Eco F40 is a great quality mattress that allows me to sleep easier being made from eco friendly & recycled materials. I've always struggled to stay cool & comfortable at night, although this mattress has afforded me the best sleep I've gotten in years. I opted for the plush model, which provides a soft & comforting feel with still a stability & firmness that doesn't provide a sinking sensation. The memory foam feel provides a comfortable base night after night and cooling characteristics keep me asleep for longer. The eco friendly components don't seem to have any negative impact on performance, and it feels great to be not only sleeping better but doing it in a responsible way. I highly recommended the iComfort Eco F40 for a great nights sleep!

Love this bed. I like it much better than a tradition salpring mattress with coils. It feels like it just holds your body and takes all the pressure off, whereas a traditional mattress feels like it's pushing up on your body. This mattress cradles and comforts you. We have the plush version, but it provides plenty of support. It is a deep mattress, so you will need sheets that are designed as such. Sheets that are not made for deep mattresses will come off on the corners. I didn't notice any smell when we took it out of the plastic either, so we could set it up right away. Everyone who lays on this mattress loves how comfortable it is. Gotta go get back in the bed now.

I suffer from back issues so I need a mattress that does not say and let your back bend all night . This has been a life changer! My back has already gotten 75% better in just two week ! This is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! I have a bad back so I tend to switch my sleeping position quite often, sleeping on my sides and on my back. Since getting this mattress I've been able to sleep comfortably and pain-free, waking up only once or twice throughout the night. I sweat at night too, so having a cooling mattress is a huge benefit! I definitely sleep more comfortably and cooler, making for the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. I needed to add a queen sized bed to one the kids room so we had a bed for visiting relatives. I chose this Serta IComfortECO foam mattress with plush top. This mattress has a great plush top with a firm foundation. When you lay on the mattress, the plush top gives you a nice soft cushioned feeling. The firm foundation keeps you from sinking uncomfortably into the mattress. This is our first foam mattress, so far so good. I have not noticed being too warm laying on this mattress. And a big plus is the weight of this mattress is manageable. The mattress I currently sleep on is so heavy, I can barely lift the corner of the mattress to tuck the sheets in. This is a 14 & 1/2" thick mattress, so be careful choosing sheets to make sure that the fitted sheet fits a thick mattress like this. To be sure, this is a bona fide mattress. When it was delivered, It came flat in a box, it does not come rolled up in a box! Even tough the mattress tag indicates that this mattress can be used with or without a foundation, we chose to use a box spring to ensure good support for our mattress.
