| GOTS-CERTIFIED ORGANIC COTTON |
For a luxurious and premium finish, we use GOTS-certified organic cotton (CU863637) in a soft, natural color blended with 3% elastane for functional stretch and enhanced durability-fully compliant with GOTS standards. Responsibly and ethically sourced from India, this durable textile provides an ideal exterior to our Pure Talalay Luxury Pillow. Our organic cotton has received STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®: Class 1 certification (15.HIN.75800, Hohenstein HTTI) to screen for harmful substances that are present as a result of processing, including banned substances, toxic chemicals, pesticides, and dyes.

| TALALAY MANUFACTURING |
Pure Talalay latex is made in Connecticut through a meticulous, multi-step process that ensures a breathable, consistent, and supportive material. It begins with formulating imported FSC® certified liquid latex and blending it with raw materials to achieve the perfect consistency. The latex mixture is then aerated and injected into a specially designed aluminum pincore mold, initiating Talalay s unique, open-cell structure. Next, a vacuum is applied to the sealed mold, ensuring the latex fills the cavity evenly, creating uniform consistency and firmness.
In a step unique to the Pure Talalay process, the latex is flash-frozen at -22°F (-30°C), which prevents particle settling and locks in the material s distinctive cell structure. After freezing, the latex is heated to 220°F (104°C) to transform it from a liquid to a solid state. Following this, each latex core undergoes a thorough five-stage washing process to remove residual soaps or curing agents, ensuring a clean, non-toxic product. Finally, the latex is dried to remove any remaining moisture and complete the curing process, resulting in a supportive, resilient material.
To ensure each product meets strict quality standards, every piece undergoes a nine-point firmness consistency test and an infrared technology scan. This intricate process produces Pure Talalay latex, renowned for its breathability, consistency, and unmatched comfort, making it an ideal choice for luxury pillows!

Spot clean your cotton cover in cold water with an eco-friendly laundry detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not use bleach. Allow to dry completely before putting the cover back on your pillow. To keep your pillow fresh and extend its lifespan, we recommend pairing it with our Organic Cotton Pillow Protector or Organic Waterproof Pillow Protector for added protection and easy maintenance.
